Body Fat Is Food provides AI-guided health-coaching tools, a member record, membership features, and community features. It is educational support, not medical, mental-health, nutrition, or emergency care. It does not guarantee weight-loss or health outcomes.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your food, activity, fasting, health decisions, and when to seek care from a qualified professional. Do not use the service for emergencies. If you have symptoms, conditions, medications, a history of disordered eating, or other concerns that affect safety, seek appropriate professional guidance.
Membership and access
Membership options, prices, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Paid access may be managed through Stripe and may be required for premium ChatGPT tools. You can manage an active subscription through the membership portal when available.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, harass members, post unlawful content, impersonate another person, or make deceptive claims. We may remove content or end access for misuse or safety reasons.
Service availability
Features may change or be unavailable during beta. Keep your own copies of any information that is important to you.
