Information we handle
We handle the account information made available through ChatGPT sign-in, such as a stable user ID and, when provided, your email and display name. We also handle information you choose to submit, including coaching context, check-ins, food or activity proof, community posts, messages, and membership status.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the member experience, personalize requested coaching context, maintain your record, operate community and support features, protect the service, and maintain product records. We do not use your submissions to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
Payments
Payment details, bank information, and payment-method data are handled by Stripe. Body Fat Is Food does not store full payment-card details.
Sharing and storage
Community posts are visible according to the feature you use. Private information is used only to operate the service and support you, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect people or the service. Product records are stored using service providers that support the Site.
Your choices
You can manage your membership, remove your own community content where the feature allows, and request help with account data through Support.
